Why employees leave job, but not the company!

This trend ain’t a new where employees have started leaving their companies. They in-fact not leave the company but they have to leave their respective companies just because of their immediate supervisor. Companies’ growth and other outputs mostly rely on supervisors and other management people who are indeed interacting with the main force and helping the force to go in good way.



It is a challenge to retain good people in form of better pay, perks, bonuses and due training also. As in the end, turnover is mostly manager’s issue. So, the human resource department should also keep an eye on system, like how and why lag is developing in communication. If ignored, these issues leads to a huge loss to companies in terms loosing eminent employees and other resource, company should not forget that they earn and make profit just because of the hard work and communication done by their peers and other managers with real world.
