WorkForce Redefined – Collaboration at Healthcare sector and Information Technology level

As the digital revolution gains momentum, doctors, scientists, life sciences and people from different walks of life and other professionals are using machines to be more efficient, powerful, trust worthy and these machines are often now used for getting better decisions and to take on complex tasks.

How machines have gained trust over manual work and efficiency

Augmented devices providing more portability, insights, platform to provide and make available on clicks the huge database of contextual information and research outputs from various industries. Such grounds on cloud facility has indeed helped market research professionals and companies, doctors, scientists, clinical trial process during the entire process. It has helped people from all over the world to click share and connect for advice in quick time to take decisions.

Training of people on machines and technology are equally important

This bullish trend of digitization and evolution of machines into the mainstream of industries from scratch to the end has made this necessary for their people to have adequate knowledge of computer and machines in terms of operating and maintenance of the same.

Life Sciences industries increasing the scope of operations

This growing trend illustrates that how life sciences companies must and should embrace digital way to go beyond the imagination with the goal of meeting the need of society.

Extensive use of computer learning in providing quality control in genetic database!

Computer learning has gone many folds ahead in coordination with healthcare/clinical technology with a mission of pin pointing many disorders in human body. The same helped generating huge database of sequences, disease impressions, patient’s data etc from around the world. These giant collections of data somewhere has helped too in figuring out many counseling techniques in terms of reducing the incidences of many disorders, biological changes and all. Looking at the bullish nature of the databases, every center in healthcare sector has started shedding lights into this potential field to impart knowledge for the betterment. Many such initiatives have been taken to proof out of this immaculate record when it comes to make sense to the real world.

A Short circuit in gene network

Science has developed so far and with the help of available techniques and procedures, it has become quite easy to knock down many disease conditions and other congenital conditions occurring in human lives. Techniques developed till now have really worked well in improving lives. There are many techniques that are being into developing stage and enthusiasts are working hard on it to make it possible to pin down every possible disease and other ailment conditions. One such congenital condition is called, cleft lip and cleft palate. It affects 1 in every 600 children born worldwide (1) and is one of the most commonly occurred congenital deformities. It has been explained and shown the particular gene playing role in sole or in association with other factors playing role in the formation of non-syndromic cleft lip and/or cleft palate. Several genes has been found and sequenced for confirmation and found playing role in formation of different forms of cleft lip and/or cleft format.

A SINGLE MUTATION COULD CHANGE YOUR LOOK

When a cleft lip or palate children born in any family in India, the happiness in a rural and urban family is contagious to a few seconds and then they are separated by deep remorse and sorrow when they see their child with any of the deformities along with the one cited above.

There are numerous conditions that reflect or develop into human system just because of single mutation in their genes. And sometimes a single mutation is not much dominated that it affects the system drastically, but yes it does sometimes affects at such an extent that it can lead to a condition that affects them to a bad level.

It has been located that a single gene is leading to a condition in human body that affects them badly, and sometimes finding or detecting such conditions fetches much attention that people starts studying on those conditions and try to come up with solutions, so that such conditions can be suppressed in future population. Likewise, a condition affects more than 35,000 children in India with deformity of cleft lip and cleft palate. There are thousands of children and adults who does not avail surgeries for the same and keep living with their conditions.

Many studies have been conducted to find the single gene or coalition of gene responsible for the formation of such deformities in children. Still gene does not always supports for the cause. So, much attention is needed to carry on some pilot tests and studies in demographic wise and with family wise to find the responsible genes or other conditions that is leading towards this deformity.

TERMINATOR GENE – a need to detect and kill genes that are responsible for conditions.

It’s not wrong to comment as technology has changed the peoples’ life drastically and people are more dependent on gadgets. The same is ruling the health of the human since morning to night when they keep their gadgets on rest for few hours. But this does not solves the problems human life is suffering with and many of them are entitled to live a life full of health issues and other ailments that people are fully tangled into.

But, people should know that there could be high risks for them to get hooked to some deadly health issues, if they continue to live their life without giving a second thought for some workout. Awareness is must for such folks who have no source of information to gain about their family history for disease and other conditions that is passing through generation to generation in their family. There are thousands of hereditary conditions, chromosomal aberrations, syndrome errors, single nucleotide polymorphisms and other relevant mutations that are leading to new conditions every case.

There are advanced techniques and imaging technology advancing towards the great success for detecting many of the conditions within human body and to the most extent it has become feasible for people to detect the cause and then further efforts can be made on finding solution for the same

Re: hms.harvard.edu

There is one deformity called cleft lip and cleft palate with or without syndromes that I am concentrating to understand in terms of its genetic role. There are several genes that have been pooled in lists of responsible for such deformities and mutations that are causing such deformities. Still it has not been a full success towards finding the real cause in many cases as people have cited in their research articles. Since causes could be many and it again varies as per the family history, their diet pattern, their consumption level of alcohol, tobacco and other responsible drugs that could affect the formation of fetus during embryogenesis.

Unraveling the hidden secrets in the genomic data is the key to the solution (but not necessarily for everything)

This is not true to comment that there are many deformities and other congenital birth deformities and other related health issues that are affecting every second human. And the life expectancy has decreased to hell down. But many of us are able to manage surviving on medicines. It’s true that earlier food used to be our fuel for life, while now medicines has excelled to be the fuel for many in fighting against viruses, infections, diseases, strokes and many other ailments that are knuckling under from a healthy life to an unhealthy way of life.

As per today’s trend people are more inclined and of course dependent in using modern techniques for examining, diagnosing and treating the cause. It takes very less time in diagnosing and giving the appropriate treatments for the cause. But not many problems get over by such treatments. Sometime, it stands as the end of the problem; sometimes it invites other package of problems, sometimes gives chances for further problems in future. So, it becomes very important for respective cases to be examined and treated with proper knowledge and information in terms of making them aware of the complications in future. There are hereditary diseases and it might or might not pass to the next generations, but one never knows what could be the result. So, it is better for those who know that some of the hereditary problems could appear in them, so it’s good to get counseled and be at the safer side.

Important: There is one deformity called “congenital birth deformity of cleft lip and cleft palate”. There are around 35,000 children born with this deformity every year in India only. It varies geographically and environmentally too. So, treating them is one of the best parts that our medical people can render services to such people. But educating them and letting them know the chances of getting second child again with cleft deformity with or without some associated syndromes is always there. So, they should take it serious and should go through all necessary genetic counseling and other nutritional counseling if they are planning for the second child in their family. Because it could be, that the “gene” is there in either of the parents and can again dominate or sometimes can simply lie without dominating and would of course would never prevail to another shock to the parents.

There are ways some hereditary diseases and conditions can be avoided if taken proper tips and knowledge from respective folks working in the field of medicines and research and counselors and surgeons.

Can new strains of viruses be made? Can viruses be weaponized?

Science and technology has gone so far ahead, thorough research and experiments by people have done lots of changes in our surroundings and lives. Many many things have become so easy and some of the things have become so tough!. And it is still advancing at such a damn pace, that you cannot imagine where it’s going to lead. But, yes its leading towards better solutions and results and no doubt at the same time its leading to the hell lots of trouble too!. These outcomes from all research and experiments do give some positive and negative aspects too. Positive solutions are always highlighted in media and negative aspects and can be given a word as deadly negative solutions are kept hidden in labs and in community among people.

And when these strains of viruses are unleashed, it usually used for terror purpose. And focuses on killing millions and trillions of people worldwide in a gradual or pandemic manner. It leads to mayhem where doctors and other healthcare professionals find no antidote for the new strain of virus being spread at a violent rate. Then this makes hospitals and other healthcare professional to do nothing but to avoid such cases to entertain. Since this viruses are contagious and catch easily.

?????????????????????????

Now many terms are coming as a hot topic these days, designer pathogens, reverse genetics, gene synthesis and blah blah. There are many other ways of making new viruses form the existing one or a newer one. Science has no limit!. There are thousands of dangerous and deadly researches projects are being in progress at different locations of world. What often called dual use, because of its two faced potential to affect. One face is for good ends and another for evil and harmful ends.

So, there are many viruses are tested and developing into many labs all around the world, that if left in environment can lead to the death of millions and trillions easily. Strain of flu virus is a nice example of such deadly weapon for bio-weapon. These viruses can be weaponized and may lead to the massive destruction worldwide. So, there must be international and national organizations who should keep check on such dangerous research projects.

GENETIC DEFORMITIES

If I will start listing genetic deformities, the list will never get over. Like that one deformity exists in pandemic called cleft deformity. Besides this there are tons of deformities that has been noticed and folks are researching and trying to find cure for the same.

There are many genetic and other deformities that have been neglected, like that cleft deformity has been overlooked and folks have no knowledge about its cause and treatments. It needs attention to prevent the atrophy of affected population. During my interaction with renowned oral and maxillofacial surgeons in India and from overseas, I can manifest that our system of healthcare is in dire need of improvement and standardization.

It’s not correct to form that the incidence of cleft can’t be overcome. It can be, but it will need proper attention and awareness among society and folks from different fields. So, that each and every individual can help pass communicate the knowledge to all about such deformities.

To certain extent, cleft incidences can be prevented by following regular screenings during 2nd and 6th week of gestation period to avoid such deformities to form. Because if diagnosed within womb of any such deformities. Actions can be taken to manipulate and suppress the responsible gene or active agents to stop playing role in the formation of the cleft and the same will get suppress by letting the growth of palate in normal form.

Key words: Genetics, cleft
